"Door een golf van terreuraanslagen was de sfeer in Bethlehem jarenlang om te snijden. Inmiddels is de rust weergekeerd. ... In de stad achter de muur lijkt de stemming beter dan in andere jaren."
Dat kan drie dingen betekenen:
1. Alfred Muller weet niet wat terreur is, of
2. Alfred Muller vindt de Israëlische terreur op de Palestijnse bevolking zo normaal dat het niet noemenswaardig is, of
3. Alfred Muller verkoopt nonsens.
